Kaboink provides AI content humanization tools that help transform AI-generated text into more authentic, human-sounding content. The Service includes text analysis, humanization processing, and related features.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit to Kaboink. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than delivering the Service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Kaboink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
